The key is to find items people want and to buy those items at a low enough price that you can make a profit selling them. Equally important: being able to market to potential buyers affordably. Niche products and items that are hard to find work better than items that are commonly available. Find items to resell at flea markets, yard sales, auctions. Another option is to look for wholesalers or for local manufacturers whose products you could resell online. This part-time income idea can be scaled to your schedule, budget and inventory and is perfect as a side hustle. Start small and grow by reinvesting your profits in more inventory.
2. Create social media posts for businesses.
Businesses know that they should be participating in social media, but many – particularly local small business owners – don’t have the staff, know-how or time to post to social media sites they could benefit from.
